Context
The rapidly growing team of developer at NovAliX needed a direction to follow for future projects. I advised on a micro-service architecture to better support the reusability of some specific codebase and domain logics, as well as limiting the scope of development when creating or iterating a project.
I had to educate the team to those practices through continuous code review and participation in all projects conceptions, as well as occasional workshops preparations.
I also created the necessary knowledge database that every team member could rely on and supply to maintain an explicit overview of our architecture.
